What's your story - Patient and myself 

Theme: Success stories during patient care (In Hospital/Community set-up) - Propagating the social message

  • The experience of participants should be a  real time scenario encounter during ward round or interaction with the patients.

  • It is not a case presentation the story script should be written in such a way that it should emphasize on real scenarios with a specific take-home message.

  • The selected stories will be aired on a popular community radio of KLE Venudhwani 90.4 FM. 

 

Guidelines:. â€‹

  1. Time duration Max 3 minutes.

  2. Eligibility:  Pharm D students/M.Pharm Pharmacy Practice students

  3. Personal remarks or character assassination or use of censored act or language are not allowed.

 

DISCLAIMER

  1. Presenters will be divided for storytelling on program day depending on the theme of the presentation and the availability of slots.

  2. Make Sure you carry your Registrations Number as the final scientific program would include only those play where the presenters are registered for the conference as delegates.

  3. Evaluated on the basis of communication skills (Narration), confidence, and moral of the story. 

  4. If selected as winner or runner-up, or otherwise, your submission may be published on print and social media and displayed in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and KLECOP Belagavi, KAHER, may not remain confidential and copyrights belong to the host institution.

 

Note:Participant should built up a story on his/her real experience/s encountered during ward rounds or in community set-up
